Jim provides comprehensive, customized and innovative planning and income tax services for high net worth individuals, family groups, senior executives and employees of publicly held and private corporations and closely held business entities. He regularly assists corporate shareholders, employees and partnership members in designing and implementing tax-advantaged estate and financial planning strategies.
Jim was a former Senior Manager in KPMG’s Mid-Atlantic Personal Financial Planning practice for over 7 years. He provided income tax and personal financial planning services, including retirement planning, stock option exercise strategies, as well as estate, post-mortem estate and income tax planning consultations for high net worth individuals. In addition, he managed the Pennsylvania Investment Advisory Services Division of the Personal Financial Planning practice, including plan design, asset allocation strategies and money manager review.
He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Montgomery County Estate Planning Counsel. He has been the guest speaker at multiple functions for various financial societies and has participated in the KYW News Radio, “Ask the Tax Professional” call-in radio show.
Jim has a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from Villanova University and he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Business and Marketing. Jim is the Audit Committee Chairman of the Non-Profit Children's Hospital - Exceptional Care for Children, and also serves on their board of directors.
